Head of Operations – Operations Management TeamIn my role as head of operations I am very involved in all of our day-to-day operations. I oversee the implementation team with Alex and the production team in Stockholm along with our site and operation in the north of Sweden.
I have a team-based managing style and believe in the individual to take responsibility and believe that communication is the key to driving the team forward.
My background is in government work on the defense and police side and I made the switch to the civil side in 2021 with the believe that Hypex Bio is the future of civil blasting and the less toxic and environmentally friendlier emulsion is a easy way to reduce the impact on the environment in a cost effective way.

I min roll som verksamhetschef är jag mycket involverad i alla våra dagliga verksamheter. Jag leder implementeringsteamet med Alex och produktionsteamet i Stockholm tillsammans med vår anläggning och verksamhet i norra Sverige. Jag har en teambaserad ledarstil och tror på individuellt ansvar och tror att kommunikation är nyckeln till att driva teamet framåt.
Min bakgrund är inom staten på försvars- och polis sidan och jag gick över till den civila sidan 2021 med övertygelsen att Hypex Bio är framtiden för civil sprängning och att den mindre giftiga och miljövänligare emulsionen är ett enkelt sätt att minska påverkan på miljön på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt.

About Hypex Bio Explosives Technology AB
Hypex Bio’s technology is unique, patent-protected, and proven in commercial mining and construction environments. The environmental and health benefits are proven by customers and the market demand is enormous.
In Scandinavia, Hypex Bio provides the explosive solution and associated equipment directly to end customers. The company also provides training, support and advice. To date, Hypex Bio has delivered three factories and several delivery systems, as well as hundreds of tons of commercial explosives.
Outside of the Nordics, Hypex Bio’s business model is to provide a technology platform to partners for the manufacture and delivery of Hypex emulsion explosives. The technology platform consists of process equipment, such as factories, charging equipment, transfer systems and proprietary chemical products that constitute key production inputs. Everything is designed in Sweden.
The business model has been proven in Scandinavia and globally through multi-year contracts with large customers and partners.
